Delivery & Assembly:
Shipping costs are determined based on location (e.g. we will send you an invoice to collect this payment). Outdoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer and fully assembled.
Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. A forklift or crane is required for placement, and a licensed electrician must install the heater. Due to its size and weight, manual offloading is not recommended. Please ensure the proper equipment is available at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and unload your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual.
Site Preparation:
The path from delivery point to placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage—such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
