About This Delivery: This exceptional Ice Tub requires delivery by a special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “White Glove” delivery in the continental US, arranged by the Kohler logistics team and the intended recipient. Kohler White Glove Services include transportation costs, placing the Ice Tub in the desired location inside or outside the home (up or down 1 flight of stairs), leveling the tub, and disposal of all packaging materials. Note: Kohler will schedule these services directly with the customer.
